The assignment: Removing difficulties of parents evening bookings

Underhill school found it extremely difficult to engage parents in booking their parent evening slots. This was due to a number of factors such as working parents not doing the school drop offs and pick ups or the little reply slips not making their way back into the school when they sent out letters.

How did Teachers2Parents fit in at the school?

Before, Underhill struggled (as many schools do) with booking with parents in person during the frantic pick up period. “Now, with very minimal setting up, we send out invitations at a click of a button and literally watch the bookings come in. Our percentage of parents booking has jumped up dramatically.”
