Aspley Guise Lower School is a small rural, community school for 4-9-year-olds located in the popular village of Aspley Guise. We aim to discover and develop the best in every child.

The assignment: Saving School Time

Unfortunately, a lot of schools find that a large amount of staff time is taken up with counting money and visits to the bank. Aspley Guise Lower School were no different, finding that hours upon hours would be spent totting up the finances. On top of their weekly cash counting, the school would also have to reconcile items as an additional task.

How did SchoolMoney fit in at the school?

Following the implementation of SchoolMoney, Aspley Guise Lower School have really taken to the change. Parents can pay the school in a much easier and more streamlined way than before. Instead of paying in cash, or having to visit the school office, parents can use the app to pay from the comfort of their own home. The final word

SchoolMoney is a great product and it has really helped our school to achieve. It’s saved our staff a lot of time counting cash, so their time can now be used in ways to help the students achieve rather than heading to the bank.
