What to expect after you’ve jumped on board with BehaviourWatch
Our thorough onboarding experience is designed to ensure you get the best out of yourBehaviourWatch bespoke system. Adopting a new online platform to monitor behaviour may seem overwhelming, but we want to make it a stress-free experience for you.
The list below summarises what you should expect once you’ve decided to implement BehaviourWatch in your school.
We want to tailor BehaviourWatch to fit your unique needs. It is important that the system is personalised for you depending on your school’s priorities and preferences. As well as getting you up and running with the basics via training with our team, a key focus of our onboarding process is to impress your school/setting identity on BehaviourWatch, so staff will feel at home from the get-go.
Do you have any manual processes you’d like to change to digital, or any other systems you’d rather bring under one roof? Our flexible slip system is designed for a variety of electronic form recording and behaviour-tracking methods, and it may be the solution for you. Our team can show you this module upon request.
If you’re not sure what you want to record, BehaviourWatch provides some templated electronic forms and modules designed by our behaviour-tracking experts. These are based on the feedback received by 100s of schools we have supported over the last decade. You could take advantage of the following tried and tested templates: Incidents, Accidents, Rewards, Safeguarding Concern, Contact Log, Wellbeing Weather Register and Learning Outcomes. These templates aren’t locked in, you can in fact use them as a starting point for how you want to record your data.
As you start to record data on your new BehaviourWatch system, we round off your onboarding with some focused training on our flexible reports, so you can start to see trends appearing in your own data.
